200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Integrative Yoga School of Prishtina
Yoga is not something we master quickly.
It is a path that unfolds through practice, observation, and experience.

The Integrative Yoga School of Prishtina certified by International Yoga Alliance offers a Yoga Teacher Training designed to support this process. The training combines classical foundations of Hatha Yoga with contemporary understanding of the body, breath, and nervous system.

Rather than focusing on performance or external form, the emphasis is placed on awareness, sensitivity, and responsible teaching.

This is a space for study, practice, reflection, and growth, both as a practitioner and as a future teacher.

WHAT MAKES THIS TRAINING DIFFERENT
Small Group Learning
The training is intentionally limited in size to allow for meaningful mentorship, dialogue, and individual attention.

Embodied Approach
Yoga is learned through experience. Practice, observation, and reflection are integrated throughout the training.
Rooted in Tradition
The program draws from classical Hatha Yoga teachings while remaining relevant to contemporary life and modern understanding of the body.

Responsible Teaching
Students develop the skills to guide classes safely, clearly, and ethically, with awareness of different bodies and nervous systems.

Upon successful completion of the training requirements, participants will receive a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance.

Graduates will be eligible to register as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance.
